My efforts to make sourdough bread have now reached the second rising stage. The next few hours will tell me whether I have produced an edible result. I've had no sign of mould or any 'badness' at all, so let's hope all else is well. There are now 2 people interested in the details of what I did... once I have a successful result, I will post those details.
I'm off to have a peek at my loaves... Wish me luck
