It's alive!!!

Last year when I stopped making sourdough bread, I put one portion of starter in the freezer as an experiment. I didn't follow the complex procedure of freezing thin flakes of it open then bagging it. I just lobbed it in a pl;astic bag, labelled it and popped it in the freezer. Today I got it out and deforsted it, and it's bubbling away happily now... so I will do that again when I've had enough sourdough bread.
