Today has been a bit easier, I'm still not going to rush back into normal activity. Another quiet day tomorrow and hopefully I will be on my way back to my version of normal. Thank you for all your good thoughts.

Everything hurts... have had to miss some fun activities... life sucks right now. I'll be back some time when my body starts to play nice. Can't even sleep tonight, or even lie down comfortably... might try to doze infront of the TV for a bit.
